Bgdbet is an online gaming platform based in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions set out below. These terms form a binding agreement between bgdbet and each member.

To open an account with bgdbet, the following conditions must be met. All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. bgdbet does not allow minors to create an account.
• Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. bgdbet will never ask a member for their password.
• Your account is for your personal use only and must not be shared with anyone else.
• Completing KYC verification after registration unlocks full access to all bgdbet features and benefits.

All financial transactions on bgdbet are handled securely and transparently. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits to bgdbet can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or e-wallet. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• A minimum deposit amount applies — current limits can be found on the bgdbet payments page.
• Withdrawals must be sent to an account registered in the member's own name. Withdrawals to another person's account are not permitted.
• Bgdbet typically processes withdrawals within 3–5 minutes. However, large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made (as a measure to prevent money laundering).
• Bgdbet reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transaction pending investigation.

Bgdbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met:

• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement. For example, a 5x wager requirement means you must bet five times the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per member. Any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only available after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bgdbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• If bgdbet determines that a member is strategically exploiting the bonus system, bgdbet reserves the right to void those bonuses.

All games on bgdbet are powered by an internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Ensuring fair play is a core commitment of bgdbet.

• All game outcomes on bgdbet are entirely random and not predetermined. No external factor can influence the result.
• If a technical error occurs during a gaming session, bgdbet reserves the right to void that round and refund the amount wagered.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, bgdbet's server logs will serve as the final and definitive record.
• Your bgdbet account is for your personal use only. Playing on someone else's behalf or sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited.
• Members are expected to engage in responsible gaming throughout their session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair and safe environment on bgdbet. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of associated funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempting to defraud bgdbet's payment system or bonus system.
• Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other members.
• Using the bgdbet platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack bgdbet's systems, servers, or network.
• Using bgdbet's brand, logo, or content without prior authorization.

Bgdbet stores members' personal and financial data with the highest level of security. Under our privacy policy:

• Bgdbet does not sell members' personal information to any third party.
• Bgdbet does not share member information externally except where required by law.
• All data on bgdbet's servers is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Bgdbet does not interfere with game outcomes — all results are RNG-controlled.
• Bgdbet's liability for losses resulting from technical issues is limited.
• Bgdbet is not liable for any losses incurred by members — participation in gaming is entirely voluntary.

Bgdbet reserves the right to change, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• For significant changes, bgdbet will notify members via email or push notification.
• Updated terms become effective from the date they are published on the site.
• Continued use of bgdbet after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you disagree with the updated terms, you may stop using bgdbet and request account closure.
